We will try to ship all of the items on your order together. In the event that an item is unavailable or is taking longer than usual, we may backorder the item (and ship ahead the rest of your order) or we may ask you to reorder the missing item at a later date.

If you are looking for something that you don't see on our site, please contact us and we'll see if we can get it. We can often special order items just for you (minimums orders may apply).
Special order items usually take longer to get than regular items, and may take several weeks or longer. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to tell us.
