Return Exceptions
While we do strive to offer the industry's best return policy, we do have to make exceptions in certain circumstances:

Custom made and personalized items
Custom made and personalized items may not be returned except if we did not make the item correctly per your instructions. If there is a mistake with your custom or personalized item, please contact a customer service representative. Please note that custom and personalized items which have a size can only be redone in the same size.

Closeouts
Occasionally, we may offer closeout items at "final sale" prices and cannot offer any returns or exchanges on them. These items will be clearly marked as such.

Videos, DVD's, CD's, and Audio Cassettes
Video's, DVD's, music CD's, audio cassettes, and CD-ROM's may only be returned if unopened within 30 days of purchase.

New Condition
Items should be returned in new, salable condition. They should not be washed, worn, or damaged. If the item is not in new condition, please contact a customer service representative before sending the item back.
