ZIPPO® Lighters
ZIPPO brand lighters are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee. Please return ZIPPO products to ZIPPO Manufacturing Company, Bradford, PA 16701.
ZANWATCH® Watches
ZANWATCH watches are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of
purchase against defects in manufacture. Watches should be returned to
ZAN Watch, 12220 Parkway Center Dr., Poway, CA 92064-6867. Please insure
and use a traceable source (UPS Ground is recommended) when shipping.
Your watch will be repaired or replaced by ZAN Watch.
Also, please send the following with your watch:
1. a check for $4.00 for return postage
2. your return address and phone number
3. copy of dated receipt (contact us if you've lost this)
AO® Sunwear Glasses
AO Sunwear glasses are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase from defects in material or workmanship. Glasses should be returned to AO Sunwear USA, PO Box 10, Southbridge, MA 01550.
Please include proof of purchase with your return (contact us if you've lost this). Your glasses will be
repaired or replaced by AO Sunwear USA.
