 | Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. In the event items need to be backordered, you will be charged the original amount at the time of the first shipment. We will ship the backordered item(s) to you when they come in, at no extra cost.
Q: Can I make changes to an order once it has been placed?
A:
Sure! Please contact us and we'd be happy to make any changes we can. Please be aware of the following:
- changes to your order may cause additional delay
- if your order has shipped or has entered the shipping stage, we will be unable to make the changes
- if you want to make a change regarding a custom item and production has already begun on the item, we will be unable to make any changes
