 | Q: Will I have to pay any additional charges when I receive my order?
A:
Additional taxes, duties, or custom fees may be charged by your local government and due at time of delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout. You are responsible for paying any additional fees at time of delivery. Please contact your local authorities to see if there will be any additional charges.
Q: Can you list my order as a gift?
A:
Sorry, we are required by law to list the value of your order on any documents. We cannot list your order as a gift or put a value of $0.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A:
All international orders must be paid for in US funds. We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or check/money order in US funds (be sure to include S&H charges with your check). We do not accept payment via wire transfer.

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A:
We offer shipping methods for delivery to Canada and delivery outside of the US and Canada.
For delivery to Canada:
- UPD - UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-7 business day delivery from date of shipment)
- UPC - UPS Standard to Canada (3-10 business day delivery from date of shipment)
- INA - USPS International
For delivery outside of the USA and Canada:
- UPD - UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-7 business day delivery from date of shipment)
- INA - USPS International
Q: Can I return an item?

You can return items according to our return policy. However, you will need to pay for any additional S&H charges for us to send exchanged items to you.
