Returns and exchanges will be handled promptly... most returns and exchanges are completed within two weeks, but please allow up to 5 weeks from when you send the package to receive your credit or exchange.
In the event of a return, we will credit your original method of payment.
In the event of an exchange, please note that you are responsible for any costs incurred in shipping the original item to SoldierCity. However, we will pay to ship the new item to you, as long as the shipping address is in the United States.
If you live outside the United States and wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for both shipping and handling charges (to and from SoldierCity). If we sent you the incorrect item, we will pay for both shipping costs -- regardless of where you live.
Just follow these simple instructions to send back a return or exchange:
- No return authorization number is needed.
- Write a note explaining whether you want an exchange or a return. If it's an exchange, be sure to specify what you want to exchange it for.
- If you are exchanging to a higher size or to another item and there is a price increase, please include a check to cover the difference. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we will refund you the difference.
- Make sure your name and contact information are with the return or exchange (or make a copy of your packing list).
- All items must be returned or exchanged in original condition. Please return ball caps in a hard box at least 3" high, otherwise the front of the cap will be damaged.
