- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
- Any unused balance will be placed into the recipient's gift certificate account
- If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card
- Gift certificates and unused portions expire one year from the date of issue or the earliest date permitted under applicable law, whichever occurs later
